We want you to love your home's new look, so if you are not completely satisfied with your Hug Rug, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original, unused condition to qualify for a return.

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Rug

Securely roll and wrap your rug in its original packaging or a heavy-duty plastic alternative to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
